Problem Statement
Firstly,
we have identified the need for a Basic School (Nursery, Primary and Junior
Secondary School) in the community where we are located – the nearest Basic
School is overcrowded! Secondly,
there is a tremendous need for a quality basic education in this community; this
is a felt need since most of the school pupils cannot express themselves well in
simple English, the official language of our nation. Quality education is a
right to every child! Thirdly,
most of the members of this community are poor and some of the children can be
seen loitering about during school hours. In
this regard, Glorious Liberty Outreach Church (Manna Temple) has acquired a
parcel of land in the community (Anyaa) and fully registered it with the
government for a Basic School. This is to help extend the benefits of quality
basic education, at a subsidised cost, to the people in and around this
community. 2.
