Glorious Liberty Outreach Church (GLOC) is an independent, Pentecostal Church that was formed out of a group called the Fruit of Christ Fellowship (FCF). The latter, which was founded in 1981, comprised of converts won for the Lord and also believers from various denominations; this group met regularly in a classroom of the JT Middle School at Mataheko (Accra), Ghana for prayer, fasting, Bible studies, body-life ministry, worship, fellowship and evangelism.

In December 1987, the Fruit of Christ Fellowship became a Church and the name was changed to Glorious Liberty Outreach Church derived from Romans 8:21. From her humble beginnings in Accra, GLOC can now boast of five other sister Churches that are independent and autonomous. Manna Temple of the GLOC is one of these.

In June 1998, Pastor Kwashie Tettevi and four others - Mrs. Angelina Tettevi, Paul Akuteye, Emmanuel Dunyo and Edmund Nortey - pioneered the local Church called Manna Temple of the GLOC at Anyaa (Accra), Ghana. This local Church met in an uncompleted building for three months and has since moved to her own acquired four plots of land where the membership meet temporarily under canopies for Church services and other related activities.
